Ladera Trails / San Tan Mountains
The approximately 250-acre property adjoining San Tan Mountain Regional Park was planned as a residential community designed to respond to its distinctive desert setting, mountain views, open-space edges and access to the regional park.
Toll Brothers acquired the principal residential acreage, while the seller group retained custom estate lots and additional development opportunities. The project emphasizes sensitive transitions between development and the surrounding natural landscape.
