Project Link at Thompson Thrift
Thompson Thrift acquired approximately 67 acres at Germann and Meridian roads for a major light-industrial development. The project represents a significant employment-oriented use in Queen Creek and builds on long-running regional efforts to attract industrial users near State Route 24 and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
The planned commerce center adds substantial speculative industrial space in an area experiencing growing demand from advanced manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, defense and related employment sectors.
